Terms of service

These terms apply to hosted Capybara Link, operated by the operator of this service. Before creating an account, read and accept this version of the terms.

Sandbox payments only: no real money is charged. Do not pay using your bank app. Test payments grant evaluation access; they are not real purchases and create no refundable payment. The Free plan remains available. Real purchases are not available yet.

Your account

Use an email address you control and keep your password safe. You are responsible for content created in your account.

Your content

Your links, pages, and images remain yours. You allow us to store and display them only to operate the service.

Acceptable use

Do not use Capybara Link for phishing, malware, spam, scams, illegal content, infringement of others’ rights, or disguising a link destination to mislead people. We may disable links, unpublish pages, or suspend accounts that violate these rules. To request review of an action, contact the operator.

Affiliate programs

You may connect programs for which you have authorization, and request conversion only on declared, approved channels. Follow the provider’s rules and required disclosures; do not use misleading redirects or combine conflicting attribution. cpbr.link verifies destinations but does not guarantee program approval, tracking, sales, or commissions. The provider manages eligibility and payouts. Disabling or disconnecting a program restores its generated links to the original destinations.

Plans and payments

Free includes 100 total links, with at most one page; remaining links are redirects, with optional affiliate conversion. Card subscriptions renew automatically for your chosen billing period until canceled. Pix purchases are prepaid for the chosen period and do not renew automatically. Paid access ending does not by itself delete your existing content; creating more than 100 links and publishing on your own domain require active paid access. Applicable prices, currency, terms, and payment methods are shown before purchase.

Cancellation, refunds, and support

For a real purchase made remotely, where applicable, you may exercise the seven-day withdrawal right from contracting or receiving the service under article 49 of Brazil’s Consumer Defence Code. No reason or cancellation fee is required. This period does not limit other statutory refund rights.

Use the support link in Plan & billing or email the operator, including your account email and purchase reference. Do not send passwords or bank details. We will acknowledge your request and respond within five days. Where withdrawal applies, we will return the full payment without undue delay through the original payment method, subject to your statutory rights. Deleting your account does not automatically submit a refund request.

Availability and your rights

We work to keep the service reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Keep copies of important content; export is in Personal settings. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Ending the service

You may delete your account at any time. If we must close the service, we will provide reasonable notice so you can export your data. Payments for services not supplied will be handled according to applicable statutory rights.

Changes and contact

Important changes will be announced by email or in the app and will not remove accrued rights. Questions and support: the operator. The accepted version and acceptance time are recorded when you create an account.
